Exceptional medical benefits, employee discounts on lodging, golf, and dining services. Key Accountabilities Verify the daily bank deposits to the cash / checks received. Responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll and all payroll related tasks such as employee deductions, 401(k) submission, reconciling tips/gratuities, payroll tax filings, etc. Liaison with the payroll provider when issues arise or changes to the system are required Oversee time entry system and the time clocks to ensure they are operational and correct Assist with month-end accounting process according to established procedures and deadlines Maintain AP filing system, including vendor documentation, payments, invoices, purchase orders, and capital spending General Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or 2 years of similar work experience required Minimum 1 year of experience processing payroll according to CA labor laws Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in Accounting within the hospitality industry preferred Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $24 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
