Responsibilities:Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals, and logs for multiple entitiesAssist in developing company---s accounting processes and follow such processes moving forwardHelp establish and monitor appropriate controlsPerforming account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements, balance sheets and intercompany general ledger accountsProvide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions, including accrualsPrepare documentation for external auditors and work with such auditors to ensure successful completion of the audits.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reporting packagesWork with our Tax Accountants on tax related transactionsHelp prepare budgets and forecasting, working with various departmentsAnalyze financial dataAssist with monitoring of accounts payable and accounts receivableEffectively communicate with senior management on accounting related issuesOther accounting and analysis duties as required AppleOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
