Your primary responsibility is to assist the Executive Director in matters of communication and organization. Our programs are deeply engaged in conversations and trainings on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in order to bring equity and justice to the youth and families we serve.Responsibilities* Prepare correspondence and special project documents (letters, memos, protocols, conferences, etc.).* Maintain the schedules of the Executive Directors and other leadership team members, as assigned.* Make necessary arrangements for meetings and events, including purchasing refreshments, scheduling rooms, sending notices, and contacting attendees.* Maintain all aspects of Departmental and Interagency Meetings as requested (minutes, agenda, follow-up, etc.).* Maintain all of the Executive Director's files.* Coordinate projects as directed by the Executive Director.* Serve as a liaison for staff communication with the Executive Director and other leadership team members.* Develop and track reports as directed.Qualifications* Bachelor's degree* Excellent organizational, analytical, writing, and communication skills* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office, Adobe suite products, and electronic databases* Ability to prioritize projects and multitask* Ability to work as a team member* Own vehicle, valid driver's license and clean driving record* Clearance of TB test, fingerprints, and any other mandatory State/Federal licensing or certification requirements* Proof of COVID-19 VaccinationSchedule* Monday - Friday* 9am - 5pmBenefits* Starting at $20 per hour, additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam.* Annual performance evaluations provide the potential for a generous salary increase each year.* Comprehensive employee benefits package, including medical, dental, vision and chiropractic coverage, as well as partially paid premiums for dependents.* Employer-paid Employee Assistance Plan (EAP).* 4 weeks of flexible paid time off and 11 paid holidays.* We provide a 403b retirement plan.* Scholarship opportunities, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities.
