As a Receptionist, you will foster and strengthen relationships with existing guests by providing a high level of customer service and work closely with team members in the Service, Parts and Sales Departments ensuring continuity in daily operations.Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort
• Provide necessary information to guests
• Deliver an exciting experience for guests and their families and companions
• Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process
• Assist various departments with special projects as neededQualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
  • Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision
  • Commitment to an excellent guest experience - on the phone/email and in the store
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability
