Job Description:
Position Description:1. This position will be responsible for
basic bookkeeping2. A/R- Collection calls, reconciling accounts3.
Work closely with Sales team with quotes and invoicing4. Assist
Accounting team with account reconciliation and research, may
expand depending on ability5. Receive inbound and outbound shipment
of goods.6. Manage inventory7. Creation of work orders for
technicians8. Filing and other administrative tasks9. Assist
walk-in customers and answer phone activity The ideal candidate: At
least 2 consecutive years at the same job the last 4 years ERP
experience a plus-Company will be implementing Netsuite Windows and
MS Office Proficient Bookkeeping or Accounting experience a plus
Self-starter with ability to work unsupervised Meet high
expectations for providing professional customer service. Ability
to multi-task Emotional intelligence is a mustIf Eligible, Silke
