In this position, you will perform a wide variety of tasks from answering phones to data entry.Responsibilities:*handles standard office functions, including answering telephones, relaying messages, maintaining files and distributing mail*coordinates travel, schedules meetings, updates calendars and creates spreadsheets*include dealing with customers, preparing presentations and ordering supplies*also may handle more complex responsibilities, such publishing newsletters, negotiating with vendors, organizing company events and supervising other clerical employees
