service. We are looking for a proactive Front Desk Customer Service
Representative to join our automotive team full-time . FRONT DESK
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: PAY & PERKS This role offers $22 –
$25 per hour and the opportunity to grow into a junior estimator

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM
to 5:00 PM . As our Front Desk Customer Service Representative, you
will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them
with professionalism and warmth as they arrive. You will manage
service appointment scheduling, oversee check-in and check-out
processes, and answer incoming calls, directing them to the right
departments. Throughout the day, you will provide real-time updates
on vehicle status, coordinating with service advisors and
technicians to ensure seamless communication. You will also assist
with loaner vehicle arrangements and insurance documentation, as
well as handle payments, invoicing, and other administrative tasks.
As you become immersed in our environment, you will gradually take
on junior estimator responsibilities, developing the skills and
knowledge needed to grow in your role. If you can do this and meet
the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit! Desire to
grow into a junior estimator role and build a career within the
company. 2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or
customer service role (automotive industry preferred, but not
required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong
organizational abilities and attention to detail, especially with
regard to data entry Proficiency using scheduling software and CRM
systems Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure ABOUT
