JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for the skills to perform preventive maintenance and
corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles,
equipment, and grounds. Working under limited supervision monitors
building system operations and performance. Applies several trade
skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing,
heating, and cooling.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We align with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental
agencies, and Company directives related to building operations and
work safety!
Inspects building systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and
plumbing, to ensure equipment operation is within design
capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by
the client.
Coordinates and inspects the work performed by outside
contractors.
Contracted work includes landscaping, snow removal, remodeling,
HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.
Performs assigned repairs and emergency and preventive
maintenance-complete maintenance and repair records.
Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed
to complete repair-orders materials and supplies to finish the
tasks.
Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken
to operate all systems most efficiently to keep operating costs at
a minimum & maintains the building lighting system, including
element and ballast repairs or replacements.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United

California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to
determine compensation, including a candidate's education,
training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance
Technician position is $64,000 annually or $30.77 per hour, and the
maximum salary for the Maintenance Technician position is 85,000
annually or $40.87 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a
successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills,
qualifications, and experience.
