Position Summary
The Pest Management Professional is responsible for providing services that prevent and/or eliminate pest infestation and damage in buildings, homes, and surrounding structures.

--- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Obtain and maintain Branch 2 / Branch 3 Field Rep License with SPCB
Ability to solve and communicate effectively with customers, office, and managers
Review and follow the instructions for pest treatment based on service orders and/or contracts.
Ensuring that jobs are done legally, professionally, and within specifications.
Perform pest control treatments at homes and commercial structures according to service standards
Apply treatment at specified level according to label requirements
Adhere to all safety procedures
Document all work performed and provide information to service/office accurately and consistently
Ensure work is performed in conjunction with established policies and procedures to provide consistent and quality service for each customer
Review and complete various documents such as work orders and timesheets
Properly maintain service equipment and assigned vehicle
Maintain up-to-date state licensing
Must be able to drive for extended periods of time
Attend required meetings
Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Receiving and accounting for company funds.

We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen and physical. -Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:
Must effectively read, speak and write in English (all handwriting is to be legible and orderly).
Must possess a valid driver's license.
A clean uniform and professional appearance is required. If the job requires the use of respirators or self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), facial hair that interferes with the face seal is not allowed.
Must be able to operate company vehicles and may be required to operate lift equipment, high pressure pumps, power saws, power drills, augers and other hand held power tools. Use and maintain safety equipment including bump cap, gloves, goggles, respirators, eye washers, first aid kits and spill abatement equipment. Help prevent theft of tools and supplies by locking vehicle and storage areas when away from vehicle.
Must have Carpentry Experience
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
Experienced with construction methods and terminology, knowledgeable of current rules and regulations enacted by various governmental agencies (i.e., SPCB and Building Departments), and familiar with all types of wood destroying organisms, the types of damage they do, and how to effect control methods.
Familiar with local and State building codes and conditions requiring building
Detail-oriented - quality and precision-focused.
Team-oriented - cooperative and collaborative.
The ability to read and interpret field notes and diagrams is imperative.
You shall wear and maintain protective eye glasses, shields or goggles and respirator when applying chemicals or using power equipment, websters, hammers, saws, drills, or other hand tools.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Must be able to maintain State Driver's License - Class C (minimum)
High School diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Industry or service industry experience preferred but not required
Must have or be able to pass the State Required licensing exam
Must be able to work outside
Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
Ability to understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructions
Ability to carry, lift, and move chemical solutions and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
Able to work in cramped and inconvenient surrounds requiring manipulation of equipment in sometimes awkward positions for prolonged periods of time
Use/climb of various types of ladders ranging from three (3') to thirty-two feet (32')
Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
Strong communication skills as well as customer relationship skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts, policies, documents and regulations
Ability to write reports or the use of technology to record work performed
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
Must pass background check and drug test
Must have a great DMV record and valid driver's license
Must be willing to routinely lift, push and pull equipment, ascend and descend from ladders, and occasionally work at heights
Must have a Branch II or Branch III license (willing to train the right candidate)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00+ per year
