Job Description:
In 1984, three young architects embarked on a journey to design
and build spaces that enhance and uplift the way communities live,
learn, and serve. From the early days of working out of a spare
bedroom and holding meetings by a furnace in the hallway, the
purpose has always been to provide better service and create and
build exceptional architecture that reflects the values of our
clients. Today, the vision remains clear – forge lasting, honest
partnerships, draw on expertise while keeping a finger on the pulse
of change and innovation, and always invest in one another.
Forty-one years later, we have grown to a 180 person firm through
our unwavering dedication to collaborating with clients, innovative
design, and building spaces that nurture a sense of ownership and
pride in the community served. With offices in Texas (Dallas,
Houston, College Station, and McAllen) and San Francisco, we serve
clients who plan for the future of their environments to create
spaces that inspire and represent the entire community. However, we
couldn’t do it without our people. At BRW, people are fundamental
to everything we do. We thrive on ingenuity, expertise, and
creativity born out of connection. Together, we are innovators,
designers, collaborators, lifelong learners, and colleagues
dedicated to a workplace where we invest in one another. Focusing
on cultivating an environment where creativity and ideas thrive…and
careers grow is what matters. Project Managers are directly
responsible for one or more architectural project teams to ensure
successful completion of projects from design drawings to the
constructed building. We implement BRW standards and processes,
track project schedule and budget, and coordinate with internal and
external project stakeholders to lead the high performance of our
project teams. We support the Principals in providing the highest
standard of service to our Clients to maximize repeat business.
