Job Description:

Cross Country Locums is partnered with a client in need of additional help with the COVID-19 and Flu Season. The Locum Physician preference is Family Medicine though Internal Medicine will be reviewed. Coverage can start as soon as credentialed (2 weeks) and the bulk of the work will be providing COVID-19 results to patients. There will be a mix of both telemedicine from the clinic as well as in clinic visits with the goal of ultimately returning all visits in full to the clinic. Bilingual Spanish/English a huge priority for the client. The coverage could float to a couple different clinic locations under the same client. The hours are 8a-5p however the Schedule runs FRIDAY-TUESDAY as the 40 hour work week with Weds/Thursday as the off days. On Weekends it will be telemedicine from the clinic office. On Week Days it will be COVID tent testing as needed or seeing patients. CA license and active DEA are required. EMR is EPIC. Preference to a physician that can work at lease 3 months out of the gates with option to consider extension.
