Job Description & RequirementsMedical Technologist - Clinical Laboratory Scientist - (Med Tech - MT - CLS)StartDate: 05/09/2022Pay Rate: $1400.00 - 2000.00MUST HAVE 2+ REFERENCES IN THE LAST 2 YEARS OF EMPLOYMENT IN PROFILE IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. MUST BE COVID VACCINATED. Perform pre-analytical and analytical lab procedures, and report lab results. Maintains instruments and performs quality control and other quality assurance-related procedures. May float between units. Equipment: Meditech LIS, Chem analyzers (Vitros, Rapidpoint, Advance Micro Osmometer), Micro analyzers (Vitek I, Vidas, NAnospher Verigene, Bactec 9240, Quidel Sofia analyzer), Hema analyzers (Sysmex XN 3000, Dade CA-1500), Blood Bank (Plasma thawer, Gel system), Serology (Cepheid GeneXpert), Abbotti-STAT and various models of centrifuges. Location: Salinas, CA- Natividad Medical CenterRequired QualificationsCA Department of Public Health CLS license. MUST BE COVID VACCINATED-NO EXEMPTIONS2+ references in the last 2 years AND no employment gaps. MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE EDUCATION VERIFICATION.
