(if applicable)Position RequirementsPrefer one year experience in a health care setting. 100% travel necessary on a daily basis. Demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills. Demonstrated ability to work will with an interdisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain rapport with the client and family.
