What you will do:
-
As the -Nursing Home Administrator, -you will -be responsible for the overall operation of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards and regulations, and in accordance with Windsor's policies and procedures to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times. You will also be responsible for creating an environment that engages and motivates staff to give their best each day while providing the highest level of care.

Must haves:

2-4 years' previous experience in long term care environment, preferably as Administrator or Assistant Administrator
Bachelor's degree from accredited college
Current unencumbered Federal and State Nursing Home Administrator's license
Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Would be great:

Experience in union environment
Documented successful track record indicating a working knowledge of State and Federal regulations relating to nursing homes based on past Department of Health Services survey results
Specialization in healthcare administration or business administration

CALIFORNIA PAY TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT
Compensation for roles at Windsor Skyline Care Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by state or local law, Windsor Skyline Care Center provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Windsor Skyline Care Center reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, as stated below:
Pay Range: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year DOE
