Patients Per Day 24-26 EMR System - NextGen Work Location All Ages; Outpatient Job ID 50865 Job Description A Salinas, California based client is seeking an excellent Family Practice Physician with OB experience to provide outpatient primary care services in an FQHC community health center. An ideal candidate is a versatile and collaborative Physician who values providing equitable care to all populations. This role involves providing continuing, comprehensive wellness, preventative, and medical care to families. New graduates are welcome to apply. Required Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited medical school with a MD or DO degree
• Current CA state medical license
• Completed an accredited residency program
• Current DEA certificate
• Board certified in primary care
  
• Current CPR certification Responsibilities
  • Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury; Maintaining the patient record in a timely fashion
  • Diagnose and treat patients of all ages and variable health conditions
  • Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' condition
  • Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results
  • Competent care of patients of all ages
  • Knowledgeable of social, regulatory, political, and economic factors that relates to patient care services
  • Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/health care errors Benefits
