Family Medicine Primary Care Clinic Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 18-22 Call Schedule: No Call Requirement; Opportunity for Call for the Family Medicine Residency OB Compensation: $222,000 - $239,302 Base Salary Benefits: - Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance- Medical Benefit Allowance $15,000 Annually - 5 CME Days - 23 Vacation Days per Year - CalPers Pension- Eligible to Participate in Deferred Comp- Reimbursement of Medical License Fee and DEA Additional Info: - Natividad is a 172-bed acute care teaching hospital owned and operated by Monterey County which sponsors a UCSF affiliated family medicine residency. - Salinas is located a short 20-minute drive from the coast, near Big Sur, Carmel and Monterey, and less than 2 hours south of San Francisco. Requirements- BE candidates must be less than three years out of residency- Spanish speaking preferred, interpreter services available on site - Natividad Foundation's Indigenous Interpreting+& Program serves the estimated 30,000+ Monterey County residents who speak indigenous languages.
