What you will do:
As a -Certified Nursing Assistant -(CNA), you will assist residents
with activities of daily living (ADLs) and assist with taking and
recording resident vital signs. As our CNA, you will collaborate
with your team and assist in maintaining a clean and safe
environment for our residents and their families. You will be
responsible to treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion and
integrity.
Must haves:
CNA certification in state with a successful completion of a CNA
program
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures,
terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to
long-term care
Would be great:
Nursing Assistant experience or direct care to multiple
residents
Behavioral care experience
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
Experience with PointClickCare -

varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not
limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.As
required by state or local law, Windsor The Ridge Rehabilitation
Center - provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or
salary range that Windsor The Ridge Rehabilitation Center - -
-reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in
California, as stated below:
Pay Range: $ 20.00- $22.20 per hour DOE
