Internal Medicine Physician Join our thriving healthcare organization as the newest Primary Care Physician. We welcome experienced physicians and 2023 Internal or Family Medicine residents who emphasize quality and compassionate patient care.

Compensation:
$265,000 base salary plus RVU production bonuses
$40,000 recruitment incentive

The Practice:
See around 20 patients per day in one of our Primary Care clinics in Monterey or Salinas
Enjoy a 100% outpatient practice with no call, nights, or weekend responsibilities
Option for a four- or five-day clinic workweek
Opportunity to add hospitalist shifts if physician has an interest in inpatient medicine

The Team:
Work alongside a team of 20+ Primary Care physicians in an award-winning healthcare system
Refer as needed to multiple subspecialty departments such as Endocrinology, Radiology, OB, Orthopedic Surgery, and Neurology
Practice in a collegial and supportive work environment - new graduate friendly system
