Private dental practice providing general, restorative, and cosmetic dental care using up-to-date modern equipment in a pleasing and comfortable office serving all ages.

Compensation:
25% of production, daily min of $650, negotiable.

Requirements of the General Dentist $10000 Sign On bonus

Prefer new or recent graduate from dental school.
DMD or DDS degree from accredited college.
Current Dentist license in California.

Job info and responsibilities of the General Dentist $10000 Sign On bonus:

We work in a large 7100 sq ft dental office with 14 treatment rooms and a 15th on the way, providing a wide range of dentals services such as fillings, crowns, dentures, implants, clear aligner orthodontics, endodontics, implant surgery and restoration, extractions and more.

We have an oral surgeon who does difficult extraction / implant cases on board.

Currently we have 6 dentists, 8 hygienists, and 15 assistants in our delivery team. Our office is busy.

Patient population consists of all ages, mostly young families.

There is an in-house lab, we print study models, surgical guides, wax ups, night guards - we mill our own crowns.

We are looking for a General Dentist to provide general dentistry for the first year, then if you want - speciality dentistry after taking appropriate CE / training.

Lots of room for improvement and learning here.

To be successful here you should possess high follow through - following existing systems and protocols, no big egos or dominant personality.

What makes us special is the amount of mentorship and training that we provide associate dentists. We make them go through a mini residency with the owner that is a month long to teach them how to be successful with case presentation, patient management and leadership skills.

Job Type:
Full time.

Schedule:
4 days/week, every other Saturday
