  • PLEASE READ BELOW: Agency will invoice the hourly rate for all 12 hours. Any hours worked in excess of 12 hours per day will be invoiced at 1.5x
    • Additional Details
    • OVERTIME & BILLING RULES: Billing Cycle is weekly. Any missed meals and breaks must be pre-approved by Supervisor prior to missing and will be paid with proof of approval.
    • Overtime Policy: The overtime rate for any hours worked in excess of 40 hours/week shall be billable at the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr.
    • The holiday rate shall be defined as the Regular Hourly Rate plus $10/hr.
    • The on-call rate shall be defined in the Job Posting.
    • Note: For any 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, the Agency is to invoice MMH the All-Inclusive Rate for the entire shift.
    • There is no elevated billing allowed for hours 9, 10, 11 & 12.
    • Housing can be somewhat difficult to find.
    • The facility prefers credentialing be sent in one batch.
    • It is acceptable and encouraged to provide updates but please send compliance all at the same time once completed.

    • BILLING PROCESS: Agency will invoice MMH directly for temp staff.

    • Defined workweek begins Monday at 12:01am and ends the following Sunday at 11:59pm.
