Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and medical histories.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Provide education to patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment plans.
Perform triage duties to prioritize patient care in urgent situations.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
