Job Description:
Work Dates Needed: One-to-two days a week visit per site, up to
three sites (one day for each site) Preferred Schedule:
6:30am-2:30pm Weekdays Only - Need at least one weekly site-visit
for your rounds. Worksite Setting: Outpatient - Skilled Nursing
Facility Setting Scope of Work: Must have wound care experience;
treating adults only. Provider will work in SNF and participate in
weekly bedside wound rounds with the treatment nurse to evaluate
and manage all acute and chronic wounds, surgical wounds, and
dermatologic wounds, change dressings, perform medically necessary
debridement, replace or remove G-tubes, establish plan of care and
work within facility protocol. Licenses, Certifications,
Requirements: CA License, DEA, MUST have experience performing
wound debridement procedures. Must be personable and confident in
skills. EMR: Will use the company's iPad mini to take photos, will
be writing a shorthand note at bedside and send to transcription
