About the Role: We’re seeking a skilled and adaptable Occupational
Therapist (OT) with both inpatient and outpatient experience to
join a dedicated rehabilitation team in a respected acute care
setting. This position offers a balanced caseload (50% inpatient,
50% outpatient) and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference
in patients’ recovery and quality of life. Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for
patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Help patients
develop, recover, and maintain skills for daily living and working
activities. Collaborate closely with physicians, physical
therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure
cohesive patient care. Document all patient interactions, progress,
and outcomes in accordance with facility policies. Provide patient
and family education on therapy exercises and adaptive techniques
for home use. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active California
OT license (required). Minimum 2 years of experience in both
inpatient and outpatient care. Current BLS/BCLS certification .
Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills.
Additional Details: Facility Type: Acute care hospital offering
inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Schedule: Variable,
includes weekends. Start Date: December 1, 2025 Contract Length: 13
weeks Pay: Competitive weekly rates with overtime and holiday pay
at an additional $10/hr. Housing: Local options available (e.g.,
