Job Description Job Description Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill the following OBGYN N urse Practitioner position. Permanent full-time, 40 hours/week position based out of the Gardner Health Center and CompreCare Health Center located in San Jose, California. This position provides medical care services under the guidance and supervision of an assigned physician of Gardner Health Services who is licensed by the Board of Medical Quality Assurance to be an approved supervisor of Nurse Practitioners. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent experience and ability to provide strong customer service to patients from a variety of backgrounds and cultures is important. Graduate, from accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner training program Current unrestricted, Physician Assistant California License or Nurse Practitioner License Current CPR/BLS certification Current DEA License (if applicable) *If selected, other documents and certifications may be required as part of the hiring and credentialing process* Compensation: Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.
