A fantastic opportunity is now available for energetic Surgical Services RN Nurse Educator at a 150 bed short term acute care medical center in the sunny Northern California region. ------

This medical center wants a Perioperative RN Nurse Educator to be able to embody the hospitals core values which include honesty, integrity, trust, openness, and transparency.
The Perioperative RN Nurse Educator must have excellent leadership skills and should be able to successfully teach all assigned staff and patients. The Surgical Services RN Nurse Educator, conduct and evaluate all assessments for staff development and staff orientation programs for all nurse personal.

The Surgical Services RN Nurse Educator will evaluate the performance of nurses and compiler it to the established performance standards while collaborating with other nursing management personnel to identify any learning needs staff maybe need. The Perioperative RN Nurse Educator will report to the director will all staff updates. The RN Nurse Educator will the report to the Director of Nurse Education with all staff updates. The Surgical Services RN Nurse Educator will be educational resource for both patients and hospital staff by providing competency-based orientation program for all categories of nursing service personnel.------ someone how as experience with creating, updating, and teaching both new and already established programs
