Roam Restaurant is a new concept, featuring new American cuisine. We are looking for a passionate Lead Cook to work hands on with the Chef to help lead the kitchen team. This position will facilitate all facets of the creative menu, focus on technique, quality ingredients, and pride of presentation. If you would like to be a part of the opening team, we would love to meet you! Lead cook earns $20.00 - $22.00 per hour plus tips- based on experience and leadership values.

Requirements:
Quick learner, able to take direction well, respectful team player.
Have availability to work mid day, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, 5 days a week.
Have the ability to work under pressure, maintain calm leadership, and multitask.
Maintain a clean and correct uniform, knives, and tools appropriate for position.
