Job DescriptionTitle: Human Resources GeneralistLocation: Salinas, CADuration: 4 + months (Possible Extension)Shift: Mon-Fri 8 hours jobNormal day job. Requirements:A minimum of two (2) years of related work experience preferably in Human Resources Knowledge of fundamental principles and practices of Human Resources; HRCI or SHRM HR certification is preferred.The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices .
