Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience programming in Python, Go or C++. 2 years of experience in data analysis, with experience in SQL. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields. 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. Experience building or managing distributed systems or cloud infrastructure. Experience in developing tools and infrastructure for data pipelines: datastore, UX (including interactive UIs), databases, etc. Experience in making raw data actionable and improving debuggability based on raw or structured data (via statistics or Al/ML). The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$211,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies. Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency). Apply data analytics algorithms and ML/LLM techniques to automate and simplify customers’ triaging process. Apply data analytics algorithms to identify the hotspots of the qualification test output. Develop code for data pipelines and related infrastructure.
