Job Description Job Description Associate Attorney – Tax Direct Counsel is seeking a Tax Associate Attorney to join a leading national law firm . This position offers the opportunity to work with a sophisticated tax practice advising clients on complex transactions across multiple industries. Locations: Chicago, Colorado, New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, Santa Monica, Washington, D.C.
