Contract Administrator serves as PSEMC's point of contact for all
matters relating to production programs. Responsible for ensuring
customer purchase orders comply with PSEMC proposal terms and
conditions and technical clarifications. Has the responsibility to
interface, inform and negotiate contract price and terms and
conditions with the customer and to manage, facilitate, and
communicate with functional departments (e.g. manufacturing
operations, engineering and test). The Senior Contract
Administrator is responsible to the site staff on sales order
delivery, financial performance and overall customer
- Support and provide contractual advice and counsel to company
management at all levels as required Develop specialized
contracting knowledge in areas such as FAR/DFARS regulations,
International Business, Offset and Teaming Agreements
- Develop a working understanding of the US Government
Acquisition and Procurement process, the PacSci EMC Contracts
function and relevant company policies and procedures, commercial
contracting methods, FAR/DFARS, export and other government
- Participate in proposals/quote efforts; provide interpretation
and explanation of present and potential obligations and
responsibilities imposed by contractual terms. Assist in
highlighting areas of concern and risk areas contained in the
Contract and Terms & Condition's.
- Prepare and submit proposal and quote responses to customers,
including transmittal letters.
- Leads negotiations and participates with customers involving
negotiations or protection of the company's interests with the
support of the Program Manager or Proposal Manager.
- Maintain communications and interface with customer procurement
officials (buyers / contracting officers) through written and

- Coordinate all shipping documentation in a timely manner.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of FAR/DFAR and government contracts
- Knowledge of import /export regulations ITAR, EAR
- 5+ years related experience.
- Working understanding of the UCC and contract law with basic
understanding and navigation of the Federal Acquisition Regulations
and Export Compliance.
- Develops strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in both written
and verbal form.
