Job Description We are a well-established firm with locations in Carmel and Salinas. We provide a positive work environment, professional growth, and supports work life balance. We are seeking an experienced, motivated administrative assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position of approx 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate must have a positive, friendly attitude, with the motivation and eagerness to learn. Applicants must have at least 5 years experience working in an office, but not required to have accounting office experience. Considering the variety of duties for this position, candidates must have excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills. Duties will include, but are not limited to: assembling tax returns light bookkeeping scanning docs data entry greeting and assisting clients answering phones handling incoming and outgoing mail occasionally running some errands, like mail drop off, docs pickup some personal assisting to the managing partner keeping lobby/conference room/kitchenette tidy annual mailing projects If you believe this job is ideal for you, please submit your cover letter and resume.
