Job Description:

Under the leadership of the Volunteer and Retail Services Manager, the senior administrative assistant is responsible for the completion of daily clerical operations within the department primarily supporting Volunteer and Retail Services and secondarily Montage Health Foundation. This position will require a person who can perform a wide variety of complex and be responsible for general clerical duties. S/he maintains sensitive and confidential information. Important dimensions of this position consist of quality work, professional commitment, teamwork, positive interpersonal skills, safety, excellent public/customer relations and broad clerical knowledge.

Duties include: Data entry and report generation from Volgistics volunteer tracking database and QuickBooks; manage volunteer onboarding activities; troubleshooting office equipment and managing office supply inventory; mail and invoice processing, track the departmental calendar and support events when needed.

Experience:

Five years of previous experience in an administrative role. High proficiency in Microsoft applications and database work. Excellent grammar/spelling skills. Must be confidential, highly professional, anticipatory and detailed-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment. Working knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.

Education:

Completion of some college or business courses is preferred.
