Job Title: Recruiter (Spanish Bilingual) The Team Youll Work With As the Recruiter, you will work directly with our talented People team to be a finder and keeper of talent. In this role, you will source talent, contribute to key talent acquisition activities like recruiting, interviewing, evaluating, and placing production and non-production talent; use your magnetic, persuasive character to share knowledge of recruitment activity in the areas of compliance, candidate sourcing, recruitment strategy in a high growth, progressive environment; Leverage your analytical skills, interpret data from systems to deliver meaningful data like source effectiveness, analyze pipeline to ensure timely hiring and forecast candidate supply, as well as enhancing our employer brand. This role reports to the VP, People, on-site in Aromas, CA. The opportunities you will have

• Be consultative and foster relationships at all levels of the organization for the people, planet, and profit
• Ideate and enhance the candidate and manager experience throughout the Talent Acquisition (TA) cycle
• Conduct thorough phone and face-to-face interviews with English and Spanish speaking candidates to determine potential candidate's qualifications and job requirements
• Lead with creativity, progressive practices of attracting talent, evangelizing the employer brand to positively project the goodness Fireclay Tile offers
• Build and maintain a quality full-cycle talent acquisition, process, and pipeline by fostering long-term relationships with qualified candidates
• Successfully review job descriptions and analyze client requirements in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager and the technical skills required

• BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in human resources discipline or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive professional experience in a variety of TA/HR capacities
• Experience posting job openings, finding qualified candidates (both remote and within a geographic area) of varied skill sets through recruitment marketing tactics, building relationships with job candidates, and successful recruiting
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws/practices
• Take initiative to find solutions where clear-cut procedures are in progress
• Resilient and determined to ensure project goals are achieved on time
