Location: Salinas, CA - ON-SITE
Salary: $85,000-$92,000 - Depending on Experience

What You Will Be Doing Reporting to the Director of Quality and Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Supervisor will oversee and lead Quality technicians. You will manage and review Quality Control documentation, assist in line checks when needed, and manage documentation. You will provide leadership and assist the Quality Assurance team in the direction that will maintain QMS systems, and make suggestions for continuous improvement to all facility processes. You will also play a large role in regulatory audits of the plant. What You Need for this Position - 3+ Years in Quality Management
- USDA/FDA Regulatory Audit experience
- HACCP, SQF, FSMA, GFSI, PCQI, AIB, BRC or similar certifications and experience are strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of Quality Management systems
