Job Description:

Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Hollister, CA Blazerworks has partnered with a prestigious school district in Hollister, CA, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome communication and speech disorders, enabling them to succeed academically and socially. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and professional support. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified speech and language goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders, both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs within the educational environment.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology. Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
