Job Description:The Tractor Driver will work under the general supervision of the Ranch Supervisor. This position will be responsible for operating agriculture tractor machinery and preparing the field for quality production. This position will require work with various implements of the equipment.--Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for adjusting agricultural implementsResponsible for connecting and disconnecting implementsConduct Tractor Daily Inspections and check for refuel, fluid, and oil levelsConduct minimal maintenance, such as greasing the equipment and replacing chisel points and shovelsResponsible for following the tractor safety practicesComply with traffic laws to move equipment on public roadsOther duties as assignedJob Requirements and Qualifications1 year of Agriculture equipment experience is preferredValid class C California driver's licenseMust be able to follow safety guidelines and work safely around and with equipment and other personnelStrong interpersonal skills including ability to maintain effective working and professional relationships with employees, supervisors, vendors, and customers; maintain a balanced outlook during stressful times
